Comparing the 7-Way Trailer Wiring Harnesses for a 2016 Honda Pilot

Question:
I see that your site offer tow 7 way trailer connectors with different item/part numbers. What is the difference between the two? They look like they are the same.

Wiring harness # 118286 is meant as a replacement for the OEM 7-Way on a 2016 Honda Pilot or to upgrade the factory 4-Way to a 7-Way.
Wiring harness # 118286 is similar with the difference being that it has a second connector that works with the backup sensor which allows that sensor to continue working. If the vehicle never had a trailer connector then go with 118286.
