Offer opinion Best position in regards to axle on 2017 f350 using bw rvk 3300 hitch

The height setting will be based on what allows your trailer to be towed level. The forward and back position is for additional trailer overhang to cab clearance. If you need more clearance run the rear positition, if not forward would be fine.
