is this a standard cam lock so that it can be keyed to match the other locks on my trailer?

The lock cores on the Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # 295-000015 does use a cam lock.
To be keyed alike you do need to replace its lock cylinder along with the lock cylinders in your other Global Link locks with the correct length cylinder such as the 1-1/8" # 295-000004. Simply choose the number of cylinders you need as well as the "Keyed Alike" option and you would be set.
Along with the 1-1/8" Cylinder # 295-000004 the other size Replacement Cam Lock Cylinders available are:
- 7/8" Long # 295-000003
- 1-3/8" Long # 295-000005
- 1-3/4" Long # 295-000077
