Trailer Hitch and Wiring Recommendation for 2017 Honda CR-V to use Thule Combi Hitch Carrier

I am interested to get Thule arcos but not sure if my Honda CRV Touring 2017 had the plug for the tail gate light.

The Thule Transporter Arcos Enclosed Cargo Carrier # TH25YE that you referenced will work great on your 2017 Honda CR-V Touring as long as you have a hitch installed like the Draw Tite # 76128.
Then for trailer wiring you'd need the # 118741 if you do not have a 4-way present at the rear of the vehicle.
