Question:
I’m looking for a weight distribution hit for my 11000 gross WT. Toyhauler. My tongue WT. varies between 1050-1620 but mostly it stays around 1325. My tow vehicle is 2016 RAM 3500 Mega Cab dually with a 2 1/2 inch receiver. What do you recommend?

Thanks for all that info, and for the absolute best weight distribution hitch and sway control for your trailer with a 1,300 lb loaded tongue weight is from Equal-i-zer:
- Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System with 4-Point Sway Control # EQ64FR
The Equal-i-zer # EQ64FR comes with a shank that fits a 2-1/2 inch hitch and is the best because of its 4 points of sway control via friction in the spring bars at both the brackets and the head unit where the arms insert. This is double the amount of sway control compared to most systems, and ensures there is a consistent amount of force enable in the hitch to continually combat heavy sway.
This weight distribution hitch also uses clamp-on brackets so you won't have to drill along your trailer frame, and allows you to back up with the system on, which many do not. Our customers who have used the Equal-i-zer regard it very highly, with many hundreds of reviews giving it a rating close to 5 out of 5 stars.
