Hello I have a 2014 40ft pj trailer with 12k Rockwell axles. It has kodiak calipers and I’m wondering if this kit would fit my trailer? It currently has disc kit with actuator pump..

I am assuming that one of the axles has brakes and the other does not. If that is the case and the axle that does not have brakes has idler hubs then you can use Kodiak kit # K2R1258L12 provided that the hub has an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern and brake mounting flanges on the axle. You will also need some addition brake line and related parts such as what is included in kit # 15SI-BLKIT.

Or it may be more beneficial to go ahead and replace all the lines with a tandem axle kit # HS496-252.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
