I do have an option for you but the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver part # TLD1100 will not fit your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500. This hitch is only designed to fit a Dodge Ram 3500 from 1994-2002. Instead, I recommend using the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver part # TLD1101 if you do not have a factory hitch or part # TLD1102 if you do have a factory hitch.
If you also need the TorkLift SuperTruss and then you can use one of the following depending on the length needed.
21" - part # TLE1521
24" - part # TLE1524
28" - part # TLE1528
32" - part # TLE1532
36" - part # TLE1536
42" - part # TLE1542
48" - part # TLE1548
60" - part # TLE1560
