Question:

What is the inside length of this 13 inch wheel fender. I have a 06 ultra craft boat and trailer with 14 inch wheels. The length between the axle I bolts is only 32 inches. Inside of brackets that fender will sit on is only 28”. Seems like the 14” smiths are too big. Would these 13” fit?

Since you have 14" diameter wheels you will want to use the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders # CE19504-2 that are designed for that size and have an inside length of 29-11/16". These fenders allow you to use your existing mounting brackets at the 32" measurement you took or you can drill your own and use Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender - 13"/14"/15" Wheels # CE26098G-2; the CE Smith fenders are going to require drilling and will fit your current trailer.
