My trailer is a Shorelander single axal. The galvanized mounting angles are 30.5 inches apart. Will these bolt on?

I was informed by CE Smith that you will need to use the Mounting Brackets # CE26098G-2 to properly attach the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps # CE19504-2.
