Thank you for your help I appreciate it. I should have specified in my original question, but my truck is 4WD , will these still work? Thank you.

The Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1125F are a fit for your 2WD 2012 Chevy Suburban 1500's front axle and can install with or without the removal of the strut from your truck. They will adjust progressively so you'll get more stiffness from the springs the more weight you put on and they'd do a good job of helping support the extra weight from a brush guard and winch.
