Question:

I want to replace the 3,500lb dexter trailer axle using timbren 5200 system on my 14 ft single axle loadrunner enclosed trailer with electric brakes. What are all the parts I need to purchase? This is what I have so far: TASR5200S03 Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4inch Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange - 5,200 lbs - TASR5200S03 AM20535 Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 15inch x 6inch Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Silver Powder Coat - AM20535 23-458-459 Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12inch - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6K - 23-458-459

The Timbren Axle-less System, part # TASR5200S03, you've picked out works great with the wheel, part # AM20535, and brake assemblies, part # 23-458-459, that youv'e also selected.

In addition to those you also need 12 inch hub and drum assemblies, part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K, that fit the Timbrens. You also may want to get new hardware for the brakes using part # BRKH12.

Other than that all you may need is a support beam to go across the trailer between the Timbrens. This depends if your trailer already has support in that location or not. You can use a 2 by 3 inch square steel tubing piece to connect the Timbrens.
