Question:
My Trailer tires are Goodyear 13inch ST175/80 R13. However the dot code is: V80M 2JJ4 How old are these tires as the date code is not 4 numbers but two numbers and two letters? thanks

That doesn't sound like a standard date code. The code should be a 4 digit number. The first 2 are the week and the last 2 are the year. So for example if it was 2314 that means that tire was made in the 23rd week of 2014.
I attached a picture that shows what the date code of a tire looks like.
