I did some research and it looks like your current Shelby jack had a 1,000-lbs to 1,500-lbs weight capacity with a 10 inch lift.
For a similar jack that is weld-on, I recommend the Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack, Item # F141132. This Fulton jack swivels and is great for marine use. It mounts to 3 inch x 3 inch, 3 inch x 4 inch, and 3 inch x 5 inch trailer frames. It has a 12 inch lift and a weight capacity of 1,500-lbs. If you need the weld-on mounting bracket and hardware then you will also need Item # P9012-00.
If you are open to a bolt-on option, I recommend the Round Swivel Marine Jack, Item # MJ-1200B. This marine jack has a 4-bolt mounting plate and works with trailers with a frame height from 2 inch to 4 inch. It has an 11 inch lift and a weight capacity of 1,200-lbs.
I am attaching an article and some videos for you to check out.
