How to Use the Cable Lock That Comes with the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA22B

Question:

When I try to lock the cables in place they keep popping out after I turn the key. Any suggestions??

The integrated cable locks that come on the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA22B automatically lock when you connect the 2 ends together. When you put the key in and turn it you are actually unlocking it which is why they pop out.
