As long as your tires have the right capacity and fit going from a tire with a max psi of 65 to a max psi of 75 will not make any difference. You always want to keep your tires inflated to the max psi in order to get the best performance from your tire and maintain its load capacity.

The Kenda Karrier # AM10235 would be a great choice for your travel trailer. It is a size 205/75R14 tire with a load range of D and the 75 psi you were referring to means that when inflated to that psi it has a maximum load capacity of 2,200 lbs. The only other thing I recommend is to check your valve stem to ensure it can handle 75 psi. I've added a link to a video review of this tire for you to take a look at as well.
