The Tow Ready No-Drill Bracket - Short # 18140 referenced in your question will provide an excellent solution for attaching a connector bracket and connector to the Draw-Tite Class III Hitch # 75152 you have installed on your Volvo XC90. This will give you a really nice connector bracket that doesn't require any drilling into the hitch. It is indeed compatible with this hitch and your vehicle.

If you do happen to have a 7-Way, you may want to go with the Long version of the bracket, part # 18136. This will just give you a bit more room to work with, as it will move the connector a little further out from the hitch.
