Truck Bed Bike Rack for Truck Towing Boat or Camper Trailer

Question:

I am looking to purchase a bicycle rack that I can use with a pick up truck and still tow a trailer. I have a 16ft fishing boat that I use through out the summer and my wife and I travel frequently and would like to take our bikes with us. I also recently inherited a pop up camper with a V type tongue. So I would like to be able to use the bike rack while either towing my boat or camper. Do you have any suggestions on something etrailer has to offer for this type of application. Thank you,
