Question:

Will this work with a clamping rack system like the Yakima Overhaul HD? It seems you would have to clip the cover rails and Velcro to pass the rack clamps into the bed? The cover notes simply that it is rack compatible.

Hey Robert, the Access tonneau cover part # A24AU can work with a ladder rack but it has to be one that attaches to the top of the bed rails and not one that wraps around them like the Yakima Overhaul. For a ladder rack that installs like that the Thule TracRac SR part # TH43002XT-782 is a fit for your 2025 GMC Sierra EV and would work great.

One more question, Jameson, Are there any manufacturers of generic T tracks for the top of the bed rails, similar to the tracks in the retrax or Bak X4TS bed covers, that would be compatible with the Yakima Overhaul HD (using the Yakima cover adapter kit)?

@RobertK There isn't a black version or an adjustable height unfortunately.

@RobertK No there isn't but there are tonneau covers that have channels made for the Yakima Overhaul but it doesn't look like anything for the EV is available.
