Question:
Product AM32156 tire has a capacity of 1925 @ 65 psi. Product AM32182 has a capacity of 1870 @ 50 psi, which is a bigger tire. Can the 205 AM32156 be operated at the 65 PSI? Somewhat confusing between the two tire ratings with the bigger tire being rated with less pressure and capacity.

The Karrier ST205/75R14 # AM32156 is rated for 1,925 lbs at 60 psi while the Karrier ST215/75R14 # AM32182 is rated for 1,870 lbs at 50 psi. These are ratings that Kenda, the manufacturer, decided would be the best for these specific tires after their testing was done.
It does kind of sound confusing, but it all has to do with what psi rating the manufacturer found that the tire performed at its best. Since tires can have slightly different constructions that affect its performance, it explains why there can be slight differences in the psi ratings.
