need a recommendation on a spare tire carrier for an aluminum i-beam boat trailer without having to drill holes.

I like the Fulton # FSTC1000301 for its compatibility with both 4-lug and 5-lug trailer wheels and zinc coating. This fits frames up to 3-inches wide x 5-inches tall.
