How Does JT Strong Arm T-Handle Tightening Tool Function

Question:

I bought this tool along with the JT Strong Arm set for my 5th wheel. For the life of me, I cant figure out how this tool is supposed to work. I have resorted to crawling on my hands and knees to tighten the T handles. I see the photos both on the package and on your website, but Im still a bit confuse on how to use this tool. Is there a video of someone using this Tightening tool?

If you check out the picture I attached for the JT Strong Arm T-Handle Tightening Tool # LC314602 you can see how it can wrap around the T-handle of the Strong Arms. With it in the position that you see you'd use your hand on the other end of the handle to twist the lever.
