Replacement Wheel Protector Strap For a Thule ProRide

Question:
I purchased this rack from you back in November/December last year, I lost the rubber rim protector that slides onto the ratcheting straps, Im looking on you website for a replacement but dont see it available, can you send me a link to order or is it not available as a replacement part through Etrailer.com.
