Question:
Hi What would make the grease spit out and get all over my wheels. I have three trailers with this same issue

It sounds like the seals have failed and the grease from the bearings has come out during travel. Also it is possible that if you have an EZ lube axle with a grease zerk at the end to add grease but use a single lip seal, the pressure can blow out the single lip seal.
If you have mixed incompatible greases they can break down and could some how evacuate the hub.
You will want to inspect the seals on the trailers to see if they are the issue. I can tell you what replacement seals you would need if you can tell me what the inner and outer bearing numbers are for each trailer.
If all three trailers have hydraulic brakes then it may be brake fluid you are seeing, If this is the case you would need to replace the wheel cylinders on the trailers.
I have linked a video on removing, inspecting, and installing bearings, races, and seals for you.

I have EZ lube hubs and have done the EZ lube method in the past with no problem. However, three years ago I paid an RV shop to inspect and repack my bearings. Long story short, they screwed up and I had to pay for two new axles. One year later, I did the EZ lube process, and the next year, I paid a different shop to inspect and repack. Then before our 1000+ mile trip to AZ, we did the EZ lube process again. We do spin the wheels while pumping the grease. This time, I had one hub that spit out I think, three gobs of grease onto the wheel, plus the cavity around the zerk, under the rubber cap, was full of grease. I think that all happened before we had gone 500 miles. The hub temp has been fine for all 1500+ miles. In fact it’s the coolest of the four wheels by a few degrees. When that wheel is off the ground, I have at most 1/2” of play, or side-to-side motion. We have another 1,000+ miles to get home. Do you think I should have it inspected here or keep watching temps, hope it stays ok and have it checked out at home?
