Do alll f50s come with the 4 wire flat connector? My truck did not come with the towing pkg.

Although not all 2004 F150 models were equipped with the 4-pole connector, the Tow Package wiring harness you referenced, part # 118247 will still work with those with no trailer connector.

The connector that the harness plugs into is located under the vehicle, along the drivers side frame rail behind the back bumper.

Yes, the Tow Randy replacement vehicle wiring harness #118247 is the correct harness for a 2004 Ford F-150 new body style. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. You may also need a mounting bracket like #PK12711U.
