Will 1/4 inch diameter bolts work to secure baseplate to wood bed trailer?

The mounting holes on the Motorcycle Chock part # RA-17 and on the base below it are 1/4 inch in diameter so yes, a 1/4 inch diameter mounting hole will work great.
