I confirmed with my contacts at Gen-Y Hitch that Gen-Y Hitch Pin # 325-GH-099 tow rating is 32000 lb (shear strength) without the reducer sleeve.
This hitch pin is designed for use with 2" by 2" and 2-1/2" by 2-1/2" hitches.
