The product was exactly as described and worked great with my Roadmaster tow bracket. The product was not immediately available for shipment but was shipped within a reasonable amount of time. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

This is a replacement part identical to the original part. The locking ring on the smaller pin got damaged and the ring is missing. In an abundance of caution my wife shadowed me in our tow car on two legs of our trip. etrailer sent me out the replacement to the RV park we’re at with 2 day shipping. Unfortunately I ordered it on a Friday and they couldn’t ship it until Monday. The product is great and the person I dealt with (Alex) is great but I got hammered on the shipping! etrailer has been great to deal with!

The pins came quickly, Thank you Nicole! The reason for the 4 stars is the fact that I needed to order these pins separately from the the e-trailer XHD tow bar with Roadmaster baseplate adapters , was hidden in the small print. I’m my opinion they should be included with the tow bar or have a link on the page to them.

Replacement Trailer Ramp Retaining Pins
I don't believe we have an exact match but we do have pins that you could potentially retro-fit to your trailer such as # F719-182Z104. The benefit of this design is that you can't lose the pins. I have included a link below to this and other options that are similar.
