Question:

I purchased a nissan 97 harness for my truck from your company. I installed the harness and by lights and turn signals work but no power to the 4-flat.

With a 4-way flat trailer wiring harness like the # HM43505 which is a fit for your 1997 Nissan Pickup the only functions you get are the turn signals/stop lights and running light circuit.

If there's an additional circuit needed like maybe a 12 volt power circuit you'll need the 4-way to 7-way adapter part # 37185. You'll then need to connect the black wire of this to the positive battery terminal through a breaker like part # 9510.
