Since you have a 34 inch wide frame, we may have something that could work with a bit of fabrication on your part. 34 inch wide frames (measured from outside to outside) is a very common frame width for cab and chassis trucks, so we do have options for those beyond the universal RV style hitches.
I recommend looking at part # 41947. This hitch fits a 34 inch wide frame and has several height adjustments on the brackets so the receiver can be adjusted to a few different heights. I've attached the installation details to assist so you can determine if you might have a good fit.
An option that can definitely work is the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703. This can either bolt-on or weld-on depending on your preference. It is compatible with box, I-beam, or C-Channel frames. It won't have the same capacity, but it will be a fit.

I have recently purchased a 2010 Kenworth 370 to pull a gooseneck trailer tht im in the process of buying. what is the best adapter to connect the gooseneck with the semi`s 5th wheel standard hitch.should i purchase a plate and connect it to the truck frame or purchase an adapter for the hitch itself. also while im on the subject what all is needed for brakes and lights. Trailer will b electric over hyd brakes for sure but im not sure what type plug trailer will have im guessing it would b standard whatever tht mayb. i would like to keep the stock kenworth female plug on truck flex cord in case needed for pulling regular style trailer for tht truck. Guess u could sum up my questions to,,,, what all do i need to purchase to put this trailer behind this truck
