I have a 2018 Chevrolet 3500 single wheel short bed with the puck system, I wont to know if the head unit from a BandW Mod# RVB3400 fit the Base slider BWRVB3770. Thanks for the info.

Yes, if you took the head for your B and W Companion hitch that you already have and installed it on the B and W Companion Base part # BWRVB3770 you'd have a Companion hitch designed to fit the factory rail kit of your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 short bed.
In other words you'd have the part # BWRVK3770 which is the hitch designed for your truck.
