looking for pin for TH9045 . a threaded lock pin with key that is similar to Thule snug tite .. i mean less expensive but similar and will fit. thank you

Unfortunately, Thule's threaded hitch pins are proprietary and company specific, so the only one that will fit is another snug-tite kit, part # THSTL2.
If you're only missing the hitch pin, you can reuse the lock, and get a new pin as part # 853-5917.
New locks that will key-alike are available in a two pack as part # TH450200.
You can get a new lock housing for an existing lock cylinder as part # 753-3725-02
