Question:

I purchased a used Yakima space case and would like to replace the locks to ensure security from the previous owners. How do I go about find out which locks are acceptable for my cargo carrier?

For your used Yakima Space Case, I recommend the Yakima Same Key System # Y07202. This kit consists of a control key, two lock cylinders and two keys. This kit will allow you to remove the old locks and replace them in one step as long as the locks are unlocked. If you case is locked, then you will need to drill out the cylinder first and then use this kit to replace the locks.
