Thanks for the reply. I have a 2008 dodge 3500 shortbed. With the b&w companion slider I have 15 inches the the cab side of the bed from the hitch

The DeeZee Specialty Series ATV Toolbox # DZM207 is 35" long x 12" wide x 12-1/2" tall, and the height does not take the lid into account. The interior dimensions of the toolbox will be the same, minus roughly 1/8". If you let me know the year, make and model of your truck I may be able to find something that works for you.

There is a potential option to put a toolbox in the bed of your 2008 Dodge 3500 by using the DeeZee Specialty Series which are wheel well toolboxes that mount to your bed rails. With the Companion mounting to the underbed gooseneck, there should be no interference at your wheel wells. The DeeZee Specialty Series can be place on either your passenger's side # DZ94 or driver's side # DZ95. Each toolbox is 37" long x 7-3/4" wide x 19-1/2" tall, has 2.2 cubic feet of storage capacity, has a locking lid, and is U.S.A. made.
