Mounting Hole Locations On Brackets of Universal 5th Wheel Rail Installation Kit
Published 12/19/2017 >
Question:
I have seen on one of the QuestionandAnswers when you have measurements of the Lbrackets length and width, what I need are the mounting hole specs? From the center too center, and the length from the each end?

There are 2 different L brackets in the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit - Carbide Black Finish # C16200. One has 3 holes and the other has 4 holes. The mounting holes are consistent in location on both. They are 3/4 inches on center from the bottom and then 1-1/2 inches on center from each other. The attached photo will show this. The length from the inside of the L curve to the center of the last hole is 1.75 inches on the shorter one and 1.5 inches on the taller one. That gives you 2 inches to center on the short one and 1.75 inches to center on the long one when measuring to the top of the bracket.
