Wheel and Tire Replacement Recommendation for Tritan Clam Shell Trailer

I just bought a Tritan clam shell trailer. Both tires and rims are junk. The tire size says 18.5x8.50-8, Load range c. it has a 5 bolt pattern that measures 4.5 across to the other bolt hole. Which tire and rim is the correct match?

For an exact match for the wheel and tire you have now we have the part # AM89992 which has a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inches and comes with a tire size 18x8.50-8 mounted on it.
