Question:
I am interested in this curt front reciever but I do not want to trim any fascia and would like to keep it original as from factory. It appears that no trimming is required with this receiver but I wanted to comfirm. I have a 2010 GMC 2500 HD. Thank you

You are correct, the Curt Front Mount Hitch for the 2010 GMC Sierra, # 31109, does not require trimming for installation. I have provided a link to installation instructions and a video installation that you should find helpful.
I have also linked a photo of the hitch installed on a 2008 Model HD Chevrolet Pickup, which is the same body style, for you to review.
