Question:

Does the curt front mount hitch 31322 fit a Chevy silverado 2500 diesel extended cab truck web site said it would but Im concerned because it doesnt have 2500 on that description thanks

Per the fitguide on our website, the Curt # 31322 would be a fit for the 2007 Silverado new body 1500 model only. For a 2500, you'll want to use # 31109. I've confirmed with with Curt.

Draw-Tite also offers the # 65050 which will sit up higher, just under the bumper, instead of just under the fascia, so you'll have better ground clearance at the front if you went this route. I've confirmed this fit with the folks at Draw-Tite.

The installation videos for each hitch that I've linked will show how the hitch sits on the vehicle in relation to the bumper.
