Should Loctite be Used on Americana Valve Stem?

Question:
Do you recommend to use or not use loctite on the nut of the AM20906? Also, to confirm, it looks like the washer is installed with the center ridge convex side to the nut... correct?

It would not be necessary to use Loctite on Americana valve stem # AM20906. You will need to be sure to torque it properly, which is recommended to be between 25 and 55 inch-pounds. And in regards to your second question, you are correct about the installation in regards to the nut.
