Question:

Do I need to buy this product with part # TH05738 or can I just buy part# TH05738? And while I have your attention, my thule cargo carrier has 4 connection points, 2 front and 2 rear. do these products TH05738 and TH05729 only come in singles or can I buy a pkg of 4?

The replacement Quick Grip Cradles, # TH8523387001, and the Quick Grip Mount Assembly, # TH05738, are sold in quantities of 1 only. To replace 4 assemblies in a cargo box, you will need 4 of each. You may also need 4 of the Replacement Slide Strips, # TH05401.

The Quick Grip Cradle is the part that goes underneath the crossbars on the vehicle. The Assembly and Slide Strips go inside the box. When the knob is turned, the clamps close around the cradle and press it against the crossbar.
