Hi, I need to replace a quick grip and cradle for my Thule Atlantis 1600XT. Would you please recommend which parts to purchase? Is it easy to replace? I hope?! Thanks!

The Replacement Slide Strip part # TH05401 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your Thule Atlantis 1600XT cargo box so I would recommend it for you.
The Replacement Cradle for Thule AcuTight Mounting Hardware, # TH8523387001, also fits the Qucik Grip hardware used on your Thule Atlantis 1600 cargo box.
The replacement cradle is sold in quantities of one so you can get just one if you only need one. If you also need to replace the Quick Grip then it is # TH05738 for one mount.
Install is pretty easy and wouldn't be too difficult at all.
