Question:

I bought a used Blue Ox Rangefinder II tow bar and put a new Blue Ox base plate on my towable vehicle. Apparently the tow bar was adapted to something else and will not connect to my base plate. Do you have what I need to fix this without buying all new parts?

Unfortunately your Blue Ox Rangefinder II is not compatible with any new baseplates from Blue Ox. It is compatible with Roadmaster baseplates using adapter # RM-037. This adapter will still however not work with your baseplates.

For a similar tow bar that is compatible, I recommend the Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar - A-Frame - Car Mount - 5,000 lbs # BX4330.
