Removing the Lens on Lippert 181794 Power Jack to Replace Light Bulb

Question:
The light is burned out, how do I remove the lens to replace the bulb? Ive tried to pry it off but seems very tight and brittle so Im afraid Ill break it. light replacement on model no. 181794 power jack

I believe that the electric power jack that you are talking about is a discontinued jack that was manufactured by Lippert who replaced it with part # LC285318.
When I spoke with my contact at Lippert he said that it should either just pop right off or you will need to remove the cap first and then it will pop off.
