Question:
How heavy is the fully assembled unit both with and without the sway bars attached? I would be removing the WDH from the tow vehicle multiple times a year when not in use, and when ping the trailer off at sites overnight and staying at a hotel. I want to know if I would have to fully disassemble to be able to lift it.

The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET that you referenced has a shipping weight of 109 lbs so it is a little hefty like the majority of WD systems out there. If you take away a few pounds for the shipping materials you are left with about 105 lbs. The Spring Bar # EQ90-02-1099 weighs in at about 17 lbs so if you removed both that would be 34 lbs, making the leftover weight 69 lbs.
Keep in mind that there are some other components that you will not be removing at the same time as the Head # EQ90-02-1000 and Shank # EQ90-02-4100. Those parts combined weight about 42 lbs which is the bulk of what you will be lifting.
I have attached a video of this system being installed that you can reference.
