In order to find the correct grease seal to use with bearing # 2788 you would need to use a digital caliper such as # PTW80157 to measure the inner and outer diameter of your current grease seal to the thousandths of an inch.

Bearing # 2788 is often used on a 5,200 lb axle and if yours has this weight capacity there are two common seals which may work for you, though they have only slight differences in their inner diameter. Seal # GS-2125DL has an inner diameter of 2.125" and outer diameter of 3.376", while seal # GS-2250DL has the same outer diameter, but with an inner diameter of 2.250". If your current seal has the same measurements of either of those, then you have found the correct replacement.
