Display Not Working on Lippert Ground Control Leveling System

Question:

I have a 2017 Primetime crusader 5th wheel. I dont know if the leveling system is a 2.0 or 3.0. The display on the touch pad is blank. The back light comes on, but no words, It seems like everything else works, I can press the auto level button and it works. I can press the retract button and retract the landing jacks, I just cant see anything on the display. This is on my touchpad connected to the RV. Not a remote. Anything I can do?

The good news is your system is working. That lets us rule out 2 of the 3 possible components. Before replacing the third one, I recommend unplugging the connections on the panel and cleaning them prior to reconnecting. If this doesn't solve your problem, then I recommend the Replacement Auto Level Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control Leveling System # LC421484 to give you the working LCD display.
