Replaces the valve for your RV's gray-water tank. 1-1/2" Diameter valve allows wastewater to travel freely when it is open. 120" Flexible cable lets you install handle where you want it. Valve body and cable included.
Features:
To install, remove the broken waste valve and seals from your holding tank. Then place the replacement seals (not included) on the flange fittings and position the new valve body. Tighten the hardware (not included) to complete installation.

Well that's no good. Is this something that started recently? Have you tried cleaning the gate really well and using something like WD40 to lubricate the cable and gate channel?
worked great! installation was simple and solved an irritating problem- no more crawling under the trailer and laying down in spilled sewage to drain the tank!
Not only were these valves already assembled but they were not an in-stock item. With me working with the team at etrailer I was able to get these added to their inventory so I could order them. And turn around time wasn't too bad either considering what all had to be done. Thanks again etrailer for another job well done!
I am sure the Valterra product is fine. You find them on many RV models. But will it last any longer than the 3-year-old like unit it is replacing?
etrailer should consider a more reliable delivery service thought. I almost did not receive this since USPS just left it at my rural box in full view (about a 1/4 mile from our house) for anyone to pickup.
Work like a charm was a little reluctant to cut the cable down to fit but that went well. All hooked up and working like it should.
Prompt shipping. The valve fit correctly and was easy to install.
The valve was the wrong size (prob my fault in missing something when I ordered, however, we were able to remove the cable & add to existing valve & it is working great. So, I would imagine anyone who doesn't make the mistake that I made will be happy with the product...
