Can I use this step without a motor? Looking for a good heavy single step for my toy hauler.

The Lippert Components Kwikee Step Frame 28 SERIES SINGLE STEP (908028000) # LC3747457 won't be able to store properly without the motorized components. To add this, you would also need the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Motor Conversion/Upgrade Kit # LC379145.
If you want a manual step, I recommend the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - Single - 7-1/2" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - 300 lbs # SMFP-1100. The step dimensions are 24 inches wide and 9 inches deep. The bolt pattern is 23-1/4 by 4-1/2 inches and the base is 25 x 6 inches.
