Fit and Compatibility of Weight Distribution System Chain Lift Brackets

Question:
i bought two lift brackets from you guys last fall,the hooks where you hook the chains are too big to fit my chains...are there two different size hooks or are the chains on my bars the wrong size? i bought the hitch and bars from an individual ...had to put two shackles in the chain sets toi be able to use them.

There are different brackets, like the Replacement Heavy Duty Snap-Up Bracket for Reese Weight Distribution Systems # 58392 which will fit tongue weight capacities up to 800 lbs. This is the same bracket that comes with the # RP6637.
The # RP21501 is for TW capacities up to 600 lbs. I believe the hooks are the same size, so the chains may not be correct on your system. If this is the case, I recommend the Reese Replacement Weight Distribution Chain Kit # 3216.
