Question:

I have a F350SD, 2017. A Curt Q16 hitch with slider..will this accommodate removal and install of this hitch?

The Viking Solutions Rack Jack Hoist with Winch for 2" Hitches - 300 lbs # 310-VRJ001 will work to remove and install the hitch based on the Curt Q16 hitch weight with sliding base. I recommend using the Demco 5th Wheel Lifting Bracket # DM6100 that will fit into the jaws of your hitch where the king pin would sit for a strong connection for the unit to work well for you.

This will likely not be able to place the hitch in the rails or pucks due to arm length, so some manual lifting will likely still be involved. Getting the hitch in and out of the bed is where this would be an huge help.
