For a 2005 Ford E-450 RV Cutaway chassis you'd want the Draw Tite hitch part # 65001 which is a confirmed fit.

Hey Jim, I checked the install instructions for the Curt hitch part #33055 and they state that if a front plastic valance is present it will need to get removed. Sounds like that is what you are referring to and it would need to get removed.
